CAREER JOURNEY

A career built across the operating system.

Banking, workforce management, engineering and enterprise operations progressively built the capabilities I now bring together as an operations transformation leader.

Career Architecture

Each chapter added a different operating capability

The through-line is not industry. It is the progressive development of a leader who can connect financial discipline, workforce strategy, technology, analytics and leadership execution.

Bank of America — Customer, Financial & Process Discipline

Banking, team leadership, content management and DMAIC established customer, financial and structured process-improvement foundations.

Protection 1 — Workforce Management

Built WFM capability for 300+ agents, aligned staffing and routing to demand, and delivered a ~$330K budget turnaround.

Protection 1 / ADT — Technology & Routing

Moved into telecom and alarm receiver engineering, adding Avaya, routing, infrastructure and production-change depth.

ADT / Protection 1 — Enterprise Operations

Combined workforce, technology, analytics, vendor management and leadership systems across large-scale operations.

Patriot Mobile — Director, WFM & Operations

Applied the accumulated model in a smaller environment: diagnose the operation, establish quick proof, then build the operating infrastructure.

Combined Capability

Why the progression matters
